ADDITIONAL FEES AND PAYMENTS
All expenses that are not included in the accommodation price will be charged to your hotel account. Please make payment no later than 11:00 on the day of your departure.
AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is available in the rooms during the summer months. The temperature in the rooms can be individually regulated. The control is located on the wall.
AIRPORT
You can get to the airport from the Hlavní nádraží metro station, then by Express – Airport bus. The estimated travel time from the hotel to the airport is approximately 60 minutes. We will be happy to help you arrange a taxi to the airport. Contact the reception at *150.
ARRIVAL
The room is ready for you from 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
ATM
The nearest Česká spořitelna ATM can be found at the Nádraží Holešovice metro station. Other ATMs are available near the Výstaviště tram station, OC Stromovka, or the Wenceslas Square.

The nearest branch of Česká spořitelna (Erste Group) is located at Strossmayerovo náměstí 1.

Our bartenders will be happy to welcome you daily Mon-Thu from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Fri-Sun from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. They will offer you a wide selection of drinks and snacks.
BREAKFAST
Our rich breakfast buffet is prepared for you every day in the restaurant on the ground floor. Mon - Fri from 7:00 to 10:00, Sat - Sun from 7:00 to 10:30.

If you need help booking tickets for theatre performances, concerts, or would like more information about trips outside of Prague or current cultural and sporting events, please contact the reception. We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information and help with the organization *150.

We are sorry to let you go, but we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. If you are interested in a later departure, your stay can be prolonged for an additional fee, subject to hotel availability. Please contact the reception.

DOCTOR AND PHARMACY
The reception will arrange for a doctor to be called if necessary (first aid). We have a first aid kit with basic equipment at the reception and the nearest pharmacy is located in the Stromovka Shopping Centre – Cithara Pharmacy. Opening hours: Mon – Sun from 9:00 to 21:00.

You can exchange foreign currency at the reception according to the current exchange rate, which is always posted at the reception.

FIRE ALARM
In the event of a fire alarm (siren, television or telephone), follow the instructions of our staff or leave the hotel via the marked escape routes. Do not use the elevators in this case. A fire escape plan can be found in each room next to the entrance door. Please pay attention to it for your safety.
FIRE HAZARD
The hotel is equipped with an automatic fire system. In case of fire, follow the instructions in the room and do not use the elevators!

We will be happy to arrange laundry or dry cleaning for you. You will find the price list in your room. If you hand in your laundry before 9:00 a.m., it will be returned to you the same day. After 9:00 a.m., the laundry will be returned the following day. Express service is charged at a surcharge of 100% and 300 CZK. (Please note that there is a surcharge of 100% for weekend services.)
LOCK BOX
It is available in every room. You will receive the key at the reception against a cash deposit of 20€/500CZK. The use of the safe is free of charge. We recommend that you store all valuables and important documents in the safe. When leaving, please carefully check that you have collected all items from the safe and that you have not forgotten to return the key to the reception. The hotel is not responsible for any valuables not stored.
LOST AND FOUND
If you lose an item or find something, do not hesitate to contact the reception, where we will be happy to help you resolve the situation.

There is a room in the hotel lobby to store your suitcases. You can use the service as needed, without time restrictions and free of charge.

PARKING
It is free for our guests. Due to the limited capacity of the garage, it is not possible to reserve parking in advance. Parking is available until the garage is full. The hotel is not responsible for vehicles parked on the street.
PARKING IN PRAGUE CENTRE
In the city, parking is possible in designated garages, parking lots or on streets with parking meters. Be careful of the blue zone, where parking is only possible with a valid parking card (designed for local residents and businesses). If you park in this zone, your car may be towed.

You can leave postcards and letters at the reception and we will take care of the rest. Nearest post office is located at M. Horákové 383/81, 170 00 Prague 7. Opening hours: Mon - Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We recommend traveling to the center by metro or tram. At the reception we will be happy to provide you with information about stops, tram numbers and current traffic conditions. The nearest metro station is "Nádraží Holešovice" and the tram station is "Výstaviště". If you want to go to the center by metro, get off at the "Muzeum" station.

SAFETY
Please make sure that your room door is always closed. Do not leave valuables, money, documents or bags and purses unattended. We recommend using a safe. We will be happy to lend you the key to the safe in the rooms for a cash deposit of 20€/500CZK. In Prague, as in other big cities, be extra careful.
SHOE CLEANING
There is a shoe shine machine available, located in the hotel lobby by the elevator to the garage.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prhibited throughout the entire premises. If this prohibition is violated, guests will be asked to pay a fine of 5,000 CZK (approx. 200 EU).

At the hotel reception we offer small souvenirs to commemorate your memories and beautiful experiences from Prague.
